Brief Description:
Functions, graphs, limits, continuity, derivatives and antiderivatives of algebraic and transcendental functions;
techniques of differentiation; applications of derivatives, polynomial
approximation; indeterminate forms; maxima and minima and applications; curve
sketching; the definite integral; the fundamental theorem of calculus;
integration by substitution. Prerequisite: MATH 162 with a grade of “C” or
better.
