If an MP grade is given, the student will need to repeat (class) but it will not hinder the financial aid process.
A Failure Grade (F) will be given: if the student does not complete all the required assignments, cheats, plagiarizes assignments, or shows no effort in attaining or retaining the skills needed to pass. Also, students who plagiarize or cheat will face disciplinary action according to CCP policy.

Attendance: Regular session attendance is mandatory. Due to the nature and time slot of this course, not logging in to and/or not completing any session in its entirety is unacceptable. Student’s failure to complete the session will result as an absence. If the student accrues more than two absences this may affect the student’s grade. Attendance for all sessions is expected and participation in all parts of the sessions, or any forum, is also mandatory.
Lateness: Students
are considered late after the deadline for each session is passed. If a student is late on an assignment, points
are deducted from the grade. Chronic
lateness is not acceptable and will reduce the student’s grades so failure is
possible.
Note to students: Always check your class calendar for assignments, due dates, and other information. You will find this in the first session once you log on to the program and enter the class. Print the calendar or keep handy to refer to every week. In Webstudy, the sessions are given weekly so if you have assignments due in the future the calendar will help you keep track of your assignments. The key to any task is being organized.
