Degree programs are designed for students who want to enter the workforce in management and marketing trainee positions.  Most of the courses transfer to four-year baccalaureate degree colleges as well.

 

 

A.A.S. Programs

Graduates seek employment in positions with job 
titles such as management trainee, sales representative, job 
supervisor, and researcher, entry-level positions in organizations that 
eventually lead to a job as assistant manager, buyer coordinator, 
communications director, distribution manager, distribution supervisor, 
operations manager, office manager, public relations manager, 
purchasing agent, sales manager, sales assistant manager, service 
manager, and shipping manager. The programs also enable currently 
employed workers to move forward in their current occupations.

 

Certificates

Career opportunities include assistant manager, buyer, cashier, customer 
service representative, distribution supervisor, foreman or forewomen, 
general clerk, interviewer, inspector, mail clerk, office manager, new 
accounts representative, order filler, order taker, teller and 
warehouse manager.

 

Students who want to qualify to sit for a real estate salesperson license exam should take RE 101 and RE 105.  They may be taken together.  RE 131, RE Finance, is highly recommended.

To qualify to sit for the licensure exam you must complete 60 hours of 
instruction in state mandated subjects.  CCP offers RE 101 and RE 105 
which meet these requirements.  To be clear, passing these courses 
qualifies you only to sit for the exam.  Only if you pass the exam do 
you get a license.
