Facility
Management The
Facility Management program leads to an Associate of Applied Science
(A.A.S.)
degree in Facility Management. Students are provided with a
foundational
education in this multi-disciplinary field, which focuses on a broad
array of
interests and concerns related to buildings: planning and space
programming,
design and construction, and real estate asset and project management.
Students
select one of two paths, a concentration in either design or
construction.
Structured to be recognized by the International
Facility Management
Association (IFMA), this program provides students with the
requirements for an
entry level position as a Facility Manager, Space Programmer, Space
Planner,
Construction Manager, or Move Coordinator. It may also serve as the
basis for
transfer to a four-year degree program. |
