TRANSFER AGREEMENTS

 

Transfer agreements ensure graduates of the Education Program Junior status at four-year institutions by guaranteeing acceptance of all credits earned at Community College of Philadelphia.

 

Our program has Transfer agreements with the following four-year baccalaureate degree-granting institutions :

 

* Arcadia University

* Cabrini College

* Chestnut Hill College

* Cheyney University of Pennsylvania

* Drexel University

* Eastern University

* Holy Family University

* Immaculata College

* Kutztown University

* Pennsylvania State University: Delaware County Campus

* Rosemont College

* Saint Joseph's University

* Temple University

* West Chester University

 

In addition, education program course credits are accepted by many other baccalaureate degree-granting programs.

 

Please Note:

 

According to Pennsylvania mandates under Chapter 354, students will need a G.P.A. of 3.0 for entry into teacher certification courses at the transfer institution. In addition, they must pass Praxis 1 Pre-Professional Skills Tests in Reading, Writing and Mathematics before entry into those courses.
